It's the future of Windows ... Today! Paul Thurrott's SuperSite for Windows is dedicated to you, the Windows user. Here, I provided all of the information you need to evaluate important upcoming technologies, including Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Office, and Xbox 360, plus related digital media, Internet and home networking, and more, from Microsoft and its competitors. This Web site provides continuous updates about these future products and technologies, while offering reviews, technology showcases, FAQs and other articles all designed to give you the information you need to decide which upcoming technologies are right for you. If a technology is important to Windows users, regardless of which company makes it, I'm probably looking into it.
I've been investigating Microsoft and its products for a decade and a half and have written over 20 books about Windows, Web and software development, and other computing topics. My most recent titles are Windows Vista Secrets, Great Digital Media with Windows XP, and Windows XP Home Networking (the latter two of which were thoroughly updated with second editions). I recently finished work on the second edition of Windows Vista Secrets, which will include information about Windows Vista SP1 and related Microsoft products like Zune, Windows Live, and Windows Home Server.
In addition to this Web site, I also write WinInfo Daily UPDATE, the Windows Informant, a daily news and information newsletter for Windows users. I'm the News Editor for Windows IT Pro Magazine, where I write a weekly editorial for the popular Windows IT Pro Magazine UPDATE newsletter, a monthly news column called Need to Know for the print magazine, and a semi-regular editorial for Connected Home Media.
If that isn't enough, I've been blogging regularly since 2001, first at my Internet Nexus blog (now defunct) and more recently here, at Paul's SuperSite Blog. I also record a weekly podcast with Leo Laporte called Windows Weekly. Yeah, I'm a busy guy, but I love this stuff. You can see the gear and software I use every day on my What I Use page. |
