 Rackable Systems Adds Five Servers
Rackable Systems on Monday introduced five servers for high-performance computing that deliver up to twice the density of its existing systems.
The new rack-mount designs are aimed at financial, oil and gas, scientific research, and other organizations that use HPC systems. In addition, the systems, which are available with processors fromAdvanced Micro Devices (NYSE: AMD) and Intel (NSDQ: INTC), are geared toward Internet companies with large data centers that need to support large numbers of users. |
